    Hello, I am having a problem with the device management, there is a device inside that reports an error " ROOT\JUNGO\0001 ", please tell me how to fix this problem.Currently I am using Win 10 version 21H2, using Tia Portal V16 to run WinCC Unified - PC Station to control PLC S7, but cannot connect to online control.Sincerely thank you

    The Event ID 440 usually means that the log file is damaged and cannot be used. As you mentioned that you got an error message: Device root/JUNGO/0000 was migrated, I would suggest you to download the drivers from the manufacturer’s website and
    install it again. Also please help us with the following information so that we have a better understanding of the issue:

    1. Which version of Windows 10 are you using?
    Note: To check the version of windows, open run dialog box (by pressing Windows key + R) and type “Winver”.

    1. What is the make and model number of 3D scanner?
    2. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

    So like I went to device manager and found an unknown device and looked at the details which stated ROOT\SYSTEM\0001, and so I want to know why is it unknown and what is it?
