Windows 10: device manager shows two usb input device when my keyboard in connected via usb plug

Hello guys, i don't know if my question is just a silly question . So, i am sorry if i am just causing disturbance without any serious reason. Ok, so my problem is - i opened device manager and saw a strange thing that i had two usb input device . but i literally just connected my one usb keyboard. then i checked again my connecting my keyboard and saw that whenever my connect my keyboard , it shows me that two usb devices are connected . So, my question is - is it usual? or i got a virus or something? thank you in advance for answering my question. some screenshots are provided for understan

USB devices not working after Device Manager spring clean

The USB ports started failing intermittently again and then permanently.

Reinstalled 1703 again and that fixed it for a while then they started failing again.

When I plug in any peripheral it shows up in device manager with the exclamation mark.

I right-click 'update driver'
Choose 'browse my computer...'
'Let me pick from a list of...'
Select the best candidate

Then the device will work. Until it is unplugged and plugged in again...

Then we are back to square one for that device.

Are there any suggestions for kicking the USB hub back to life so it recognises ordinary USB devices like mouses and keyboards without a manual driver update?

 

USB Keyboard is an Older USB Device and Might Not work With USB 3.0

I currently have an external USB Keyboard displayed under Other Devices as a USB Input Devices which displayed on troubleshooting, as an "older USB device and might not work with USB 3.0, and to plug the device into an available USB 2.0 port".

The external keyboard in question was working fine yesterday. This morning, the keyboard stopped responding as a keyboard device (both in Device Manager of Control Panel and in Bluetooth and Other Devices of the Settings).

Please note the USB cable [for the keyboard] itself is working, but only to the extent
it is recognized as a USB Input Device under Bluetooth and Other Devices. Also, under Device Manager, there is no keyboard drivers listed.
