    Device need to repaired


    I have this annoying screen were I cant proceed into the desktop. PC restarted multiple times and nothing happens. It comes with the same screen with that message and nothing is repaired even after multiple attempt. This laptop was a gift but it is not that old to get this error and for it not to boot up properly. It makes me sad help me please.

    Recovery. Your pc or device needs to be repaired

    Hi,

    To address your concern, we suggest that you run the Windows Startup repair. To do that, follow these steps:

    • Using you installation media, access the Windows recovery environment.
    • Select Troubleshoot
    • Choose Advanced option
    • Choose Automatic Repair or Startup Repair.
    • Once done, your system will restart.

    In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
    Are you able to follow them?
    In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

    I flashed my DCII-7970 with Ati flash and now it's not working

    open a RMA with ASUS send the card in for repair if atiflash isn't listing both cards then there is no possibility for you to repair it
