Windows 10: Device not started amdwddmg/PnP Kernel Error 411

Since December Last year after installing a M.2 Nvme I have been getting this error. I have the latest driver updates but almost a year now I my gpu doesn't work while I gaming or even open programs only my cpu. any help about this error? does effect my fps, can I solve it ? i open the minidump but was empty
