Windows 10: Device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_56A5&SUBSYS_50301462&REV_05\6&3ae179c7&0&00080008 had a problem...

I had my screen freezed but i can still input my mouse and keyboard. Then I unplug HDMI and plugin again, the problem solved but it occur again after 10~30s. Now I temporary disabled my gpu driver to get rid of it. Any help fixing this?

I have been getting freezes and then blue screens and event viewer has told me this: The driver \Driver\WudfRd failed to load for the device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1903&SUBSYS_371717AA&REV_05\3&11583659&2&20. This driver is for Intel Dynamic Tuning Processor Participant. Every other method I have seen for this issue has not fixed the freezes. Should I just remove the drivers and if so, how do I stop windows from automatically installing them again?
