Windows 10: Device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9BC4&SUBSYS_143D1025&REV_05\3&11583659&0&10 had a problem starting.

Hello I really want this problem fixed because I only have 1 laptop. And the display just randomly shuts off, then I connected my other monitor and It displayed fine, so I checked it on device manager and it said Device had a problem starting.I have already tried uninstalling, removing, downloading from windows update, downloading from manufacturers website and still nothing. please help me because my parents will kill me and blame me for this problem that happend randomly. And also on settings the only display that it detects is my monitor and nothing else, and it made it primary automaticall

I have been getting freezes and then blue screens and event viewer has told me this: The driver \Driver\WudfRd failed to load for the device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1903&SUBSYS_371717AA&REV_05\3&11583659&2&20. This driver is for Intel Dynamic Tuning Processor Participant. Every other method I have seen for this issue has not fixed the freezes. Should I just remove the drivers and if so, how do I stop windows from automatically installing them again?

 

Intel PCI bus 0, device 22 function 3 can not start

Hello I have a Dell Optiplex 7010 and running the lastest version of windows 10 and having an issue that the device can not start ( Code 10) and if i go to the events it shows the following:

Device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1E3D&SUBSYS_05771028&REV_04\3&11583659&0&B3 requires further installation.

Any suggestions on what to do and how to fix this?
