Windows 10: Device ran into problem, unexpected kernel mode trap

After turning on my laptop after couple mins it’s shows Device ran into problem, unexpected kernel mode trap. I have already done a reset on my pc and set up and brand new and still facing this problem pls pls help. I have tried many ways but I can’t understand. YouTube shows me go to safe mode and check event view and it shows me critical even which no sense to me and I have no idea what to do pls anyone can help?

Thanks. I'm on with it. A couple of questions 1) Info above mentioned something about Western Digital 5tb corruption - that is my external drive I had plugged in to back up all the files when things started going wrong. Does this indicate my backup files might be corrupted? 2) What is 13A F7 7F 4E please? Also I've uninstalled an extension (adblock plus) from Firefox. Had issues with that before and the problem only started when I started firefox. Bios - .20 was only updated recently by HP Support Assistant - wondered if that had caused issues. Version .21 states you cannot downgrade bios after installing it. Might leave doing that till last! - - - Updated - - - Tuneup.log - Google Drive - - - Updated - - -
