Windows 10: Device Removed Reason: 0x887A0006

While my son plays War of Warcraft game freezes at random times then finally gets kicked out with the "wow.exe blocked from accessing graphics hardware" the screen error "says can't connect to the 3Dacceleration"

It seems that there is no solution around. I have done everything suggested by WoW and the open web. The drivers are up to date, installed in clean (safe mode), rolled back to old drivers, used windowed mode as some suggested that fixed the problem for them and many more solutions to no avail.


Checking the games log files at gx.log I found this repeated several times:

Remove account


I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

   net user test /del
