  1. device restarts randomly, does not generate crash dump file.

Persistent issue for two years now. I have tried using a crash dump analysis tool, but the device only restarts when this happens, even with the setting for automatically restarting upon system failure is disabled. I have updated all of my drivers numerous times, none of which has solved the issue. I've done numerous virus scans, and they all come up empty. additionally, it only seems to happen while im doing some specific things, such as video streaming, playing a game in browser, modded minecraft, using paint and paint 3d, but not any programs from steam.system info:cpu - amd ryzen 7 1700 ei

    :)

BSOD Help (also crashes without BSODs and dump files)

The rebooting issue I am suffering does not generate a blue screen or dump files. After doing some research, it was recommended that I try running Windows' driver reviewer to stress the drivers and potentially generate BSODs to gain some insight into what could be causing the aforementioned reboots. Once I began running reviewer, that is when I was able to create blue screens and the dump files that I attached to this post. Hopefully, they are pointing me in the right direction; however, I am a bit skeptical. Since I cannot seem to cause a reboot using cpu, ram, or gpu stress tests, I find it very difficult to pinpoint whether my problem is with hardware or software. I hope your suggestion to uninstall Panda fixes the problem, but only time will tell.

How to fix Crash dump file generated problem

    Hi
    ElMkadem,

The default location of Windows dump files is in C:\Windows\Minidump\Minidump.dmp. Based on the screenshot, the crash dump file was generated by your software. We suggest that you contact the developer of your software for further assistance.

You can try to uninstall and reinstall the program and see if it helps.

Feel free to post back if you have any other concern.
