    Device returned to Louisville, KY. Need help.


    Hi. Earlier this week I purchased a USB copy of Windows 11 that was to be sent to my PO Box. Nothing in the order told me it couldn’t be shipped to a PO Box, but upon tracking it, I found it was returned to sender on Wednesday. It currently says they are attempting to obtain an alternate mailing address, but no one has contacted me at all about it. I need the USB drive ASAP and just want to know how I can get the package sent to my home since I haven’t been contacted about an alternate address.

    Shipment did not arrive. Tracking says the package was returned to sender.

    Hi Rodrigo,

    For some reason concerning the battery, UPS Tracking says the shipment was returned to the Microsoft sender in Louisville, KY. I initiated a return. I must have the device by tomorrow for travel.
