    Device Sudden And Constant Rebooting/Restarts During Windows Update


    I recently downloaded the latest version of Windows 11 23H2 coming from a Windows 10 22H2 version. During the downloading process my laptop suddenly entered a constant rebooting/restarts. The restarts is problematic as the device reboots for less than 2 mintues since Start Up. I cancelled the windows updates services and it seemed the downloading had stopped, but the rebooting/restarts problem is still there. Hoping for your kindful response and assistance, thank you everyone!
