    The device is HP tuners MPVI3. The reason I am asking this question is because I've been in contact with their customer support for over a month, and they told me that I need to ask Microsoft about this issue because they can't fix it.The device: HP Tuners MPVI3Connection type: USB port.Software: VCM SuiteApplications: VCM editor, and VCM scanner.How this works is: First, download the VCM Suite from the website.
