The reason I am asking this question is because I've been in contact with their customer support for over a month, and they told me that I need to ask Microsoft about this issue because they can't fix it.The device: HP Tuners MPVI3Connection type: USB port.Software: VCM SuiteApplications: VCM editor, and VCM scanner.How this works is: First, download the VCM Suite comes with the VCM scanner and VCM editor from the website. Open it and let it save. Then download the drivers file from the website, unzip, and let it download the drivers. Then, I would plug in the
