Windows 10: Devices linked to Microsoft Store

Hello,I'm running into an issue while looking at my linked devices to Microsoft Store. The name shown isn't the current device name and this make it difficult to know which device is running an Microsoft Pro upgrade.For more details, I've upgraded my computers to Windows 11 Pro using the Microsoft Store product "Upgrade to Windows 10/11 Pro". I've reinstalled the OS of a few of them, but all systems has reverted back to Windows 11 Home. I want to link the computers back to Microsoft Store but the devices name shown in Devices > Microsoft Store device management aren't the system names. It

We'd like to get more information regarding the issue.

1. Do you have child account?
   
2. Are you using Microsoft Store link to download the app?
   
3. Check if you are able to download the app in your Dad’s account?
   

We would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and check if it helps.

1. Try to sign out and sign in back in to computer.
   
2. Try to sign in to Microsoft store app with your Microsoft account
   
3. Then try downloading the app from the Microsoft Store App.

Device not connected to microsoft store so cant download apps

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

Method 1: Try Signing in to your Microsoft account on your Windows 10 device to sync your settings and Microsoft Store purchases across all your devices. You can set up a new device with your Microsoft account, or if you already
made a user account.

Method 2: Log out and Login back to store.

Steps:

• 1. Open store application on your pc.
  2. Click on the ellipses on right top corner of the screen.
  3. Logout and login back.
