    Devices Not getting Windows Update from Configured Update Ring


    We are currently working on moving our Endpoint Management from SCCM to Intune in my organization. We are in a situation that less than 15% of our targeted devices got the January update so far.The workload for Windows update and office clickToRun was moved to Pilot for our "early release" devicesWe have configured an update ring with the below settings We also configured a Feature update settings to keep the devices on 23H2 as below Intune shows the profiles were successfully appliedWhat else can I check to know why the other devices are not getting the update?Thank you.

    Windows Update suddenly hangs?

    Windows Update is suddenly hanging for some reason... I went and downloaded and installed the first bunch of updates, restarted when asked, and now when I go back to windows update I just get the window with a white box forever. Reboot and it still does it. This happens to be on my main machine, running windows 7.

    I've also noticed when I reboot it says configuring windows update, step 3 of 3, 47%. Maybe it somehow skipped something and is screwed forever?

    Windows 8 failure configuring updates and reverting

    Have you followed their advice? Install one update at a time and reboot after each one. It's a long process, but if that's the solution, and you want a working laptop, I see no other option.

    As for a windows 8.1 iso, it's easy. I literally did this 2 weeks ago to my PC.

    EDIT: Also, if you go direct to HP, they actually tell you to go into the BIOS, disabled "Secure boot" run the updates and reboot, and then turn "Secure boot" back on. Have you done as HP suggested?
