  2. Misbehaving Driver

Multiple drivers are misbehaving that might indicate a hardware fault.

Assuming chipset drivers are at fault,

    Remove the driver completely:

Then try installing the newer driver.

Amdppm was named in one of the crash which might indicate a problem with the processor.

    VIDEOS MISBEHAVING IN WINDOWS10

    Hi,

This might have caused due to any Video/Graphics card driver related issues. I would like to know some information about this issue so that we could assist you further.

    1. What is the make and model of the computer?

    2. Have you tried installing the latest updates and driver?

    3. Were you able to install Windows 10 successfully on your computer?

As a first step, I suggest you to try installing the latest Video/Graphics card drivers from computer manufacturer's website or from Windows Update and check if the issue persists. This is to check if this is caused due to any driver/update related issues.

Follow the steps to update the Video card driver:

    • Press Windows + X
      keys and click Device Manager.

    • Expand ‘Display Adapters’.

    • Right-click on the Video/Graphics card listed and click on ‘Update Driver Software’.

Please reply with the status of the issue so that we can help you in a better way.

Windows 10 Wireless internet driver mysteriously stopped working.

    Hi Garrett,

Aside from updating and reinstalling the driver of the network adapters, what other troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

As a first troubleshooting step, we suggest that you run the Network troubleshooter. The Network troubleshooter may help diagnose and fix common connection problems. To run the Network troubleshooter:

    • In the search box on the taskbar, type Network troubleshooter, and select
Identify and repair network problems from the list of results.
    • Follow the steps in the troubleshooter and see if that fixes the problem.

We look forward to an update from you.

    Regards.
