Diagnostics-Performance event 100 "Boot duration" is no longer logged

Diagnostics-Performance event 100 "Boot duration" is no longer logged in operational after I upgraded to 20H2 only event 200 is logged (shutdown duration). I am using Full Boot (Fast Startup disabled). This 20H2 issue was first reported last year at powershell - How to get boot time from Diagnostics-Performance - Stack Overflow
I am running build 19042.685 and had event ID 100 logged in all the previous builds including 20H1. Any comments?
    Thanks
    Frank

Win10 Boot Time/Duration via Event Viewer

I am trying to get the "Boot Duration" of a win10 machine. I have tried to serach it in the registry and did not find it. I searched a lot in the internet but did not find a solution. The only time I was able to get a Start Duration was the Event Viewer under the Diagnostics-Performance Folder. Unfortunately the Event Viewer only provides the Boot Duration if there is a Warning or an Error. Is there a way to force the Event Viewer to generate LogFiles each start? Or is there another way of getting the Boot Duration?

Background: I am writing a c# application where I could need this value.

id=100} or checking diagnostic-performance. Need help to find this in windows server as Diagnostics-Performance is not available in event viewer
