Windows 10: dialer.exe

I have noticed that a program call dialer.exe Microsoft windows dialer is running on my device and takes a lots of memory and it was not running before. I want to know how to disable it because it causes my desktop to use 100% memory when its turned on. I'm on windows 11 with 16gb of ram and it take up all of it. I tried to go through the control panel but the program doesn't show up at all. I also tried to delete it from the file manager and it says I don't have permission to delete it. how do i not have permission if its my computer? In properties of the application it says only a trust

problems with the dialer and contact list on home screen.. help

Nokia N5800 has this dialer and contact list shortcuts on the home screen, however the strangest thing is that when i select contacts bar, the dialer and contact list shortcuts will work but when i select shortcuts bar or basic , touching on the contact
list or the dialer shortcut on the homescreen will not do anything... does anyone know how i can solve this problem?

dialer crashing

Samsung Focus S

Phone app (dialer) will not load. Screen goes black, then it returns to the home/tiles screen.

Chevron unlocked, but no homebrew apps installed recently. Just started happening for no reason that I can find.

RapDialer (3rd party dialer) can dial / make calls. Can make calls with TellMe and from contacts list, but can't load the standard phone app, so I can't see received call history, etc.

Windows 8.1 Phone Dialer

Ever since the days of the old Nokia phones you most phones have allowed the typing of a persons name in the dialer to find the person in your contacts list.

Almost every dialer app for windows 8 does this, but the default dialer doesn't

Why not? Seems like a basic thing to miss off and is ruining an otherwise excellent phone experience.

And no, using an app isn't an option as you have to click through to the main dialer and you don't get history.

Hoped that it would get added in 8.1, but no, so now because of this I may more away from MS phones. A real shame
