Windows 10: Dialup Modem connection problem With windows update server in Windows 10 version 1809 build...

Dial up connection can't connect windows update server after install Windows 10 Pro version 1809 build 17763.1/17763.55/17763.104 even in (Now Re-released version) 17763.134 , But it was working fine before upgrading to 1809. In all version of windows 10 upto 1803, it was working fine And it was unnecessary to enable IPV6. I use dial-up modem connection and Dial-up connection Internet protocol version ( TCP/IPV6) is unable to enable with my dial-up modem. I make it enable, but it disable automatically when connect to internet every times. It's a new problem for Windows 10 version 1809 even after Re-released. Please solve/fix it. Thanks

I tried to enable Ipv6 for Dial-up internet connection. ( see picture)





I enable it, but it automatically disable every time while connecting. But, it was unnecessary to enable IPV6 in all windows 10 before.

So, why need in version 1809 ???

my windows cant check update and open ms store it say no internet conection, but my modem already conect, browsing an online gaming no problem but if windows and apps can't usen conection from modem (my modem qualcomm 6000 3g and 4g modem)
