Windows 10: Did I get a virus with what happend ?

Hello, I just wanted to tell some things that happened, one today, and two a long ago, that makes my suspicious about having a virus or not.Today, I wanted to install a mod for a game from a trusted website. But, maybe a trusted website where everyone downloads mods doesn't mean that every single mod by every single user is safe?.. Because when I downloaded one that was not so popular, nothing happened yet, but when I tried to convert the mod .zip file to a .7z file 7zip is another type of zip file, so it was useless to convert, I know, the Windows antivirus said that it detected a trojan in
