Windows 10: Did I get scammed and mess up my computer by calling back a 1-855 number that popped up?

I hope I didn't mess up my computer. I'm an older so I'm not up to date with all computer stuff my son bought me my laptop for my bday. Well I got a pop-up saying I had been infected and needed to call 1-855-552-0288,so I did I was uneasy when the man started talking to me I don't mean no disrespect to anyone but he sounded from India I did what he told me up until the screen said Hi my name is Sharif but he told me his name was Jason and the fact he was telling me I had to purchase protection package 1 499.00 package 2 was 799.00 so I just hung up and turned off my computer I was hooked up th

Has anyone gotten the message to remove potentially harmful adware to call the number, 1 855 201 3828? I think it's a scam because I ran multiple scans and there's nothing on my computer... The message that pops up says they're with Microsoft, but when I
searched for the number nothing associated with Microsoft came up.

My mother is getting a pop-up telling her that Microsoft has detected a virus and to call (855) 216-9798. A search on the Internet ties this number to a scam. Has anyone else gotten these pop-ups?

 

Error when using computer.. computer registry compromised error. something about a virus and to call this number: 1-855-413-5002

I got the blue screen after I got on the internet and the pop window heading read YouTubeAdBlocke, I think. I closed the pop up because it just kept repeating "blah blah blah computer registry compromised... something about a virus? and to call this number:
1-855-413-5002," which I did, and it directed me to a guy who sounded like he was reading from a script. There was a lot of noise in the background too. Also I don't usually shutdown my computer but it was strangely shutdown. That's what happened to me.
