Windows 10: Did my keyboard cause a glitch?

My surface pro computer just randomly glitch out of no where while I was watching Netflix. It did let me leave the app and let me enter it just fine. But then it glitch out again when I click the space bar on my keyboard. So I’m wondering if it’s my keyboard that caused the issue. Because sometimes my keyboard doesn’t work like my mouse won’t move. Also because when I took my keyboard off and I paused my show it had no issue. I then later did a quick scan and longer scan and said it found no threats or issues. I also check to see if there was update I didn’t see one. This morning I tried to do

Wired keyboard glitch

The problems I'm experiencing:

1. When I long-press any keyboard button, it toggles the keyboard power off and on.
   
2. After typing a word, a letter repeats without any additional clicks.
   
3. Clicking anything results in an unexpected decrease in system volume then my computer shuts down on its own.
   

I've tried the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Tested the keyboard on another PC and laptop, where it worked fine.
   
2. Reinstalled drivers and performed a clean OS installation.
   
3. tested in win 10,11, ubuntu OS.

If anyone has insights, suggestions, or has faced similar problems, I would greatly appreciate your input. My computer lenovo m900 tiny, and the keyboard model is zebronics k20. I'm eager to explore any potential solutions or steps I might have missed.

External USB Keyboard Glitches & Hibernate Issue

Usually, a corrupted power plan can cause strange issues with power and sleep settings. If you are using a custom power plan which you have created, delete it and use one of the built-in standard power plans. See if it resolves the issue. If
the issue persists, the problem could be related to the display drivers. We suggest installing the latest version of the display drivers from the manufacturer's website.

Regarding the issue with your external keyboard, have you tried to isolate the issue by using a different keyboard? Also, have you tried running the
Hardware and Devices troubleshooter? If you haven't done so, we suggest that you run the troubleshooter to scan your computer, identify the problems, and attempt to fix the issues automatically. You may refer to the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R and type Control Panel.
• Type troubleshooting in the search bar and click on
  Troubleshooting.
• Click on Hardware and Devices.
• Follow the steps from the wizard to run the troubleshooter.

We suggest uninstalling and re-installing the keyboard drivers by following the steps here:

• Press Windows key + X and click Device manager.
• Expand the Keyboard.
• Right-click the keyboard driver and click Uninstall.
• Restart the computer, let Windows detect the driver and install by itself.
