Windows 10: Did not receive windows key in outlook email, unable to access key from anywhere in store.

Purchased an 11 Home key today, had figured the computer would adjust being that I'm signed in to the account on the device but it appears I may need a key?

Have you tried sending one yourself?

Unable to receive emails on laptop

• How are you accessing your emails on your computer? (Browser/email client)
  
• Do you receive an error message/code?
  
• Were you able to receive emails earlier?
