Windows 10: Did recovery, now nothing will download ,,,,games...updates etc. touch pad doesn't work,...

recovery done. Don't have disk. Won't download games,,,etc….even updates. touchpad doesn't work either. Help!!! only way for me to pay bills

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

My touch pad stopped working.

I installed Windows 10 in my Dell inspiron 15 3000 series and the touch pad stopped working. There is no driver for the touch pad and I have tried to download it from the internet but it does not work. I t says that your device is not compatible. The driver
is also named as unknown device. I think that is the problem but i still can not solve it. Hope that you can suggest something that works.

I understand the inconvenience you faced.It’s unfortunate that touch

pad becomes inactive frequently and the pointer doesn’t respond. We will

definitely help you with this issue. Just a few question first to understand the

issue better;

1. What is the make and model of the computer?
2. Does the touch pad freeze randomly or during a particular

process?
I would suggest you to try these steps to see if it resolves the

issue:

Method 1: Run "Hardware and devices "Troubleshooter.
Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with

hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if

the issue is with your touch pad. Refer these steps:

a) Press Windows key +X, select Control panel
b) Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
c) Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the

left panel
d) Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter

Method 2: Try to Update drivers.
I would also suggest you to check for updated drivers for your touch pad

in the manufacturer’s website.

Method 3: Try to install drivers in Compatibility mode.
If updating the driver didn’t help, then I would suggest you download the

touch pad driver and install it incompatibility mode and check if it

works. Refer to these steps:

a) Right click the driver installation file and select Properties then

tap or click the Compatibility tab.
b) Place a check in the Run this program in compatibility mode.
c) Tap or click the drop down box and select operating system, then tap

or click OK.
d) Try installing the driver and check.
