Windows 10: Did shut windows 10 computer off while updating...

After i switched on my pc, this update started and it was saying its going to take several minutes...while updating i switched it off, i immediately switched it on after realising the mistake. The updating continued when it came on...not long after this my battery got drained and the pc turned off. When i got my electricity restored and was able to charge it show a blank screen.....i tried the reset instructions i saw on here but i notice when am to input the password my keyboard wont just work nomore.


Although my keyboard as been freezing for a while at intervals.


Pls can i get assistance?
