Windows 10: Did somebody watched my pc through a VNS server?

So long story short, a couple of days ago, I was infected with Luma virus, a virus which can steal all your sensitive information. I made sure to reinstall my windows using a USB Stick and reset completely all of my passwords even changed my router passwords and then update the OS because I was paranoic it got that information too. Then I bumped into a video on Youtube which showed people how to check if you are being hacked. There is a specific command there called "netstat -nbf find "5900" ". Which I know its the port for remote desktop servers. The ONLY app I have on my pc who has this

• Do let us know if your device is connected to a Windows Server?
• Have you tried the troubleshooting steps suggested in the Microsoft help article in my previous post and check if it helps?

Step like: Run the Network troubleshooter, Update the rivers, Rollback the drivers, turn off firewalls etc..

Try the above troubleshooting steps update us the status for further assistance.
