    Didn't get my purchased item in game


    Just bought the Hazard Platoon pack for Fortnite in Microsoft Store using a giftcard. How do you add that to the fortnite game or why didn't I get it in game

    Notification didn´t appear

    Windows 10 has ben released for 1 day and a half,and I didn´t get the notification for installing.I reserved it.Can anyone help me?

    PS I am running Windows 7 and it´s up to date.

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

    I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

    • Open Internet Explorer and click on Tools.
    • Select Internet Options and go to Advanced
      tab
    • Uncheck Do not save encrypted pages to disk and click
      OK.
    • Now check if you are able to make the purchase.
