Windows 10: Didn't receive windows key email

Hello, I just bought a windows 11 key from the Microsoft online store. There was a key on a purchase results screen but i didn't save it and accidentally closed the window. Went to check my email but the is nothing there. In purchase history it only shows that i did buy it. As i understand, support is only by phone? But i am in Ukraine and it's not on the list.

Notification didn´t appear

Windows 10 has ben released for 1 day and a half,and I didn´t get the notification for installing.I reserved it.Can anyone help me?

PS I am running Windows 7 and it´s up to date.
