Windows 10: Different blue screens when SVM is turned on for WSL

I turned on SVM from the BIOS, tried reset default BIOS settings and then set SVM to enabled, but i keep getting blue screens when it's turned on every 10-20 minutes of using windows 11, I have to add it never happened on windows 10 nor on linux on the same machine. I only upgraded to 11 last week and this has been happening ever since, most of the blue screens report hypervisor error maybe 9/10 times the other 1/10 times it's some random one like watchdog timeout something, irql not less than something, or memory something but 90% of the type it's hypervisor error. if i turn off SVM from bios

I performed the clean install and tried to install wsl right away, and still the same blue screen with the same message.

Installing WSL leads to a blue screen loop, how can I prevent this?

I have before tried installing WSL and ubuntu through the store, but they complained about a missing feature (as discussed in the previous support request) see the following in the ubuntu application:

WslRegisterDistribution failed with error: 0x80370114

Error: 0x80370114 The operation could not be started because a required feature is not installed.

I read somewhere that Hyper-V was the missing feature, installing lead to booting into a blue screen, it did not appear to be recoverable.

I reached the same result (blue screen loop) when installing WSL over command prompt.

Microsoft Support suggested that it was due to the security features I use (I am using Core isolation, and data encryption (Bit locker))

My OS is windows 11 pro.

Is there a solution to both maintain the same or better security and run WSL?
