Windows 10: Different BOOT Volumes shown after switching between Normal and Selective Startup on MSICONFIG

Hi All, My Windows 10 HP Compaq 8300 Elite takes a long time to start, and then there's the Windows 7 charm which sounds after signing in.Then after about 5 minutes, the PC is then faster and works normally.I then looked at the MSCONFIG and can see that the Selective Startup has been selected.On the boot, the following is shown, which is the correct volume.But then when I switch to Normal Startup on the General tab, the following is shown on the Boot Tab:1. If switching to Normal Startup, will this make my PC start quicker?2. How do I fix it so that the Windows 10 from the first B

ok, here is the PC that dies on a reboot everytime normal startup is selected, 2 pics cause last line cant show on first page

I can see some things I could simply uninstall here.
Can you point out anything that might be suspiciously likely to cause the problem?

The point is I should have been able to do a selective startup. It kept refusing to go back to checking selective startup, every boot would switch back to normal. So what finally killed it it was selecting diagnostic startup then check selective startup and uncheck load startup items and deleting NGC folder

video here, there was nothing I could do, so I recloned the SSD, a clone is an image. I keep it for just such an emergency.

I had followed some instruction to boot Hiram's CD, and was able to run msconfig and switch back to normal, but I had also before that delegeted the NGC folder which holds PIN info.

After that I had no PIN (was unavailable), and clicking the button below my name in the message tried to open the app store. Which may make some sense to what happened.

see right here, before I selected normal startup, it was on selective startup.
When I changed to normal startup I got the bsod 0xc000000e winload.exe error, and no boot.

Had to load the RE off flash and run commands to fixmbr and rebuildbcd.
Is it just my PC like that?
I just looked at another of my pc, and it is also on selective startup. If I switch to normal will it crash the boot?

How about if i return from normal to selective startup on the PC I had to repair the boot, will it again crash?
