Windows 10: different inboxes aliases in same account for email?

hi, i made new e-mail aliases to my microsoft account in an attempt to organize things. i want to have them as separate inboxes in the e-mail app in windows. how do i do that?

I seem to be struggling with my Microsoft account which I never use. In trying to understand another issue I'm having I was trying to figure out how to sign in to my Microsoft account. When I finally did I learned that is uses an email address that I never
use any more. I still sort of have it but I only have sporadic access to it so want to use the email address that I use all the time.

In going through my settings to change it I come to this screen:

An account alias is an email address or phone number that you use to sign in to your Microsoft account. You can have multiple aliases, and use any of them with Microsoft services such as Outlook.com, Skype, OneDrive, Office,
Xbox, Windows and more.

Your account's primary alias is displayed on your Microsoft devices (such as a Windows PC, Xbox, or Windows Phone), and you can choose a different alias to be the primary one at any time.

That email address is one I no longer ever use so I selected the Add email option. It takes me to this screen:

Best Multi-User Email App?

Hello. I am looking for an email app that will support 2 users, each with 2 different email accounts (one gmail and one outlook account each). Ideally they would like to use a single email program for both of them but would like separate inboxes for each person.

So, ideally:

• One email program.
• Two inboxes, with each inbox collecting email from a unique gmail account and a unique outlook account.

Will be interested in any suggestions.

Hi,

Can you tell me how to set up an email aliased on my phone?

I receive emails for 3 different accounts, so I need to use different email addresses to respond to each one.

On my IMAP mail server, I have 1 email account with 2 additional mail aliases.
