Windows 10: Different languages

This is problem with "unpaid" version of Outlook in Windows 11. System settings of language are Czech and region include Prague. In "Outlook" there are both Czech and English description, see the picture included.I tried to change Settings in Outlook gear wheel to be the same as in system setting. After restart of Outlook the is again English language. Any idea?.

• Since Keyla has stopped working.

• When I test if the language stays after switching between programs - I switch to a different program, then switch the language, then switch to the previous program.

The steps you suggested didn't work, as I don't want to remove any of the languages.

I suggest you to uninstall French language pack and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps to add

• 
  Press Windows + X on your keyboard.
  
• 
  Select Control panel.
  
• 
  Select language.
  
• 
  Select French Language and click on the
  Option, adjacent to French language.
  
• 
  Click on Remove.

Please follow the steps to check whether the computer is set to multiple inputs.

• Go to Control Panel.
• Click on Clock, Language and region.
• Click on language and check whether the computer has multiple languages.

I also suggest you to sync the time zone with internet time zone and check if it helps.

• Click on date and Time from the action bar.
• Click on Add clocks for different time zone.
• Click on Internet Time Tab.
• Change according to your preference.
