Windows 10: Difficulties installing windows updates for the last year 22H2, 0x800700c1

Hi, as the title suggests, I've been grappling with updating Windows to version 22H2 for quite some time now, on and off, whenever I have an unrelated issue that I believe is caused by being on an older version of windows, perhaps 10 times over the last year where I have devoted a day or two to fruitlessly trying to run Windows update. Then I give up, things generally seem to keep working, then a few months later I'll have another go and get exactly the same results. My system info states that I am currently on Windows 10 Pro, version 10.0.19041 Build 19041, which dates it at October 2022.1. F

I have got the error 0x800700C1 and could not update KB3115259, KB3167685, KB3163018 & KB3149135 since a week ago. I tried both you two methods but the result was the same. I don't wish to follow hbja to go back to "Factory Setting". Can you help me sort
it out with other solutions?

• If not, right click on the service and click start to start the service.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
