Windows 10: Difficulty trying to do anything at this point

Late last night I decided to go on task manager because I had a feeling my computer was hacked. I came across a file I didn't recognize, I opened up file location, skimmed through a long list of things that I had no idea were on here and clearly didn't come from me nor were on the computer naturally to begin with. I deleted everything and that process took a while, it reached 1000,000 discovered items and the number was still rising. While that was going on, I started getting more curious and concerned and did some more digging and deleting which I shouldn't have done because now anytime I res

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
