Windows 10: "Digital Delay" when playing games.

    So, recently I've had this problem where I press one of WASD for around 20ms used a tester to test this and from time to time it 'digitally' stays down for around 100ms+ randomly. Since I play the game Rocket League, if I wanted to turn my car say 20 degrees to the right, it would end up going 80-90 degrees, changing what I want to do which has lead to goals against me.I tested the delay to see what was really happening using this website: https://blog.seethis.link/scan-rate-estimator/ From this, what I think is happening is that the keyboard seems to 'freeze' every so often, and the in

    • Does the BSOD occur while playing a particular game?
    • Is the game downloaded from Windows Store?

    I suggest you to update the Graphic Card drivers by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

    • Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
    • Expand Display Adapters.
    • Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
    • Follow the on-screen prompts to update.
