Windows 10: Digital entitlement Windows 10 didn't work on my laptop after formating

I format my laptop and install the windows ISO file using USB drive. After the installation my digital entitlement didn't work. It says activate windows. Below I attached my product number and error number that occurs.

The biggest difference between a digital entitlement and product key activation that a consumer needs to be aware of is that a product key activation can be transferred to a new motherboard/computer whereas a digital entitlement cannot.

I am a little confused, which is nothing new. For the Laptop did you buy a new key for Windows 10 or a key for Windows 7 or 8?
If you bought a Window 10 key I don't think it should show "activated with digital entitlement". However if you used a Windows 7 or 8 key then the digital entitlement would make sense.

 

No digital entitlement


I installed Macrium Reflect, Took an image of my system Windows 10 Home 32 bit just in case things went wrong. Then I made bootable USB for Windows 10 Home 64 bit using the Media Creation Tool and clean installed and upgraded my system to Windows 10 Home 64 bit and now it shows:

Activation: Windows is activated.

Product key: Windows on this device is activated with a digital entitlement.

So, the issue is resolved. Thanks everybody for your valuable suggestions. So, this was a build issue.
