Windows 10: Digital license for Windows 10 Pro won't allow activation.

Hey,I bought a copy of Windows 8 Pro back around 2015, and upgraded to 10 Pro when free upgrades were being rolled out.I've recently upgraded my computer, went to reactivate my windows install and found that I can't.I hit troubleshoot, select "I've made recent hardware changes", then am told the license I need to use can't be used.I've tried to contact support, but cant get to the request form. It's like the contact form is broken or something.Kinda getting sick of this.Any ideas?
