Windows 10: Digital License Recovery

I had a digital license on my laptop, then i reset the laptop and it was delinked from my laptop, when I went to activate Windows , I had to go troubleshoot for hardware changes, but my laptop wasn't one of the list, I got my product key from cmd but still I couldn't use it, is there any way of recovering my previous digital license.

Thanks for your suggestion. I solved the problem with my License Key with Belarc Advisor Software. The Digital License code was a numeration that Microsoft Corporation has given to all that have Windows Account specially to those that has free upgraded
to Windows 10. Under the Digital License appears the original code.
