Windows 10: digital rights update tool not working

Hello guys

I am trying the last few days to find a way to listen my old ripped cds that i have on my laptop

with the "digital rights update tool",but every time that i am trying the app is just ending.

To explain exactly,i am putting the file in the app,it starts supposedly loading and and in a matter of seconds the app goes off

of my screen.

Did this is happening in any of you guys?

I am so despret because i have so many cds and i cannot listen to them.

Any help will be appreciated.
