Windows 10: Digitally signed drivers required?

So i just reinstalled windows and am trying to install msi afterburner. But everytime i try to start it it gives a "Windows requires a digitally signed driver" error for rtcore64.sys file. I tried the gpedit "fix" and everything and it still keeps giving the error

Every time my laptop installs a new update, it shows a warning message like "A digitally signed driver is required". The warning sign explains that "Windows blocked the installation of a digitally unsigned driver. uninstall the program or device that uses
the driver and check the publisher's website for a digitally signed version of the driver" This is getting annoying. (twice a day) What can I do?
