Windows 10: Dinosecuritysohaba

    I discovered a file called DinoSecuritySohaba.exe in my program files folder and when i try to uninstall it it says that it's running and i can't stop it, my antivirus says I don't have the permission to delete the app, how do I uninstall it ? +In task manager it shows as Important Noraso
