Windows 10: direct email to microsoft

This is the worst customer service. How do I access support chat or send an issue via email - I am not an admin and I dont want to troll 1000 links to FAQs and click links to go back to the original web page. Surely Bill Gates can get this basic stuff working

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check:

• 
  Press Windows + R keys together.
  
• 
  Type dxdiag in the run prompt and hit enter.
  
• 
  Now check for the version of Direct x.

Are there any clear directions on how to sync email with Microsoft 10?

In order to help you better, could you please confirm a couple of things:

• What type of email account are you working on? Is it POP3, IMAP or Exchange server email account?
• Are you referring to Outlook Mail Client or website?

If you are referring to Outlook Mail app then, I suggest you to follow the below steps to change the Mailbox sync settings.

• Open the Mail app and sign in to your account.
• Click on the gear icon (Settings) from the bottom left corner.
• Click on the Accounts under Settings.
• Click on your account and select Change settings.
• Click on the Change mailbox sync settings and check in the
  Sync options.

email contacts

Hello,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

To add an email to your contacts, I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below:-

1. Open Yahoo Mail, click on the Contacts icon.
2. Now click on a contact.
3. Click Edit Details.
4. Add email address to the contact.
5. Click Save.

If you are using Mail App and want to edit contacts stored in People App, I suggest you to refer to following article under
Edit contacts
for steps to edit the contact and add an email.
