Windows 10: direct violation of code of ethics for being involved in the Work Program? BUT USING...

They have changed my Windows 11 program, they have used apps that do not mesh with my computer but made these work somehow. I am not a computer person but I have read and watched what he is doing for the past three months and I believe he is trying to take over my computer because I do see when has moved files and taken everything out of my cloud and put it back into the email account. He has written letters to Google with my email, trying to convince them he is my husband. He has contacted my internet companty pretended to be my husband to gain entrance into my Spectrum account. Hey, Im writing a page for my coworkers that is to assist them with diagnosing and repairing computer problems over the phone. The first page of the site is going to be for Explaining the ethics of being a computer technician. The big thing here is to make sure that the agent understands the ethics of computers and that it is logical. Any suggestions?

I was thinking of obvious ones like : Never lie to the customer. Always make sure that the customer understands what you are doing....
