Windows 10: Direct X DXGI Desktop duplication is white-washing my recordings

Hi all!So the issue I have is with recording programs that want to record my monitor/desktop think OBS Display capture for example.When I try to record with the default setting which is DXGI Desktop duplication, it whitewashes or increases the brightness A LOT on the recordings.some other software I use, called Outplayed, also records my screen with what I assume this function I cannot see it or change it.I have attached 2 images, one that is too bright which is a screenshot of the recording and one that is a normal in-game screenshot.Is this a bug with windows and DXGI that the output

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check:

• 
  Press Windows + R keys together.
  
• 
  Type dxdiag in the run prompt and hit enter.
  
• 
  Now check for the version of Direct x.

I suggest you to follow the steps to roll back the direct x from the below link and check if it helps.

• Press “Windows+X”.
• Click on Device Manager.
• Locate and Expand the Display Adapter.
• Right-click on the Display Device.
• Click on Rollback.
