Windows 10: Direct X Failed to Initialise

Hi all, hoping to try and figure out an issue with Direct X and Baulders Gate 3. SYSTEM SPECS-Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 7800 XT Gaming 16G Graphics Card-Asus TUF Gaming B650M-E WIFI AM5 mATX Motherboard TUF GAMING B650M-E WIFI-AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 8 Core AM5 4.2GHz CPU Processor-DDR5 RAM Corsair Vengeance RGB 32GB 2x16gb BACKGROUND- drivers are up to date via AMD hardwear auto detect toolkit- Computer is approx 2 months old- BG3 worked fine until approx 22 April- I installed Valorant the night before it stopped working not sure if relevant- computer is running Direct X 12FAILED SOLUTIONS- R

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check:

• 
  Press Windows + R keys together.
  
• 
  Type dxdiag in the run prompt and hit enter.
  
• 
  Now check for the version of Direct x.

My graphics hardware doesn't support the new version 12 direct x. How do I roll direct x back to 11?

· Are you getting any error message?

I suggest you to follow the steps to roll back the direct x from the below link and check if it helps.

• Press “Windows+X”.
• Click on Device Manager.
• Locate and Expand the Display Adapter.
• Right-click on the Display Device.
• Click on Rollback.
