Windows 10: direct3D error: my 3080 has been identified as two identical GPU

I have a problem when I use some deep learning software for inference, such as roop and topaz, which can choose to use GPU or CPU for inference. However, no matter if I force the GPU or let the software automatically choose the best method, it cannot properly select my 3080. But if I use stable diffusion, which is another software, it can correctly select my 3080 for inference,because it is cuda. I checked and found that the model format of topaz is ov, and the model format of roop is onnx. If I use onnxruntime, which runs on directml, I cannot use the GPU properly. The possible reason i

Identify identical products

I have two webcams and I have to identify them via software. However the firmware has the same product and device ID.

Is it possible to somehow identify them? Device manager shows:

FullScale_EvKam2.2

FullScale_EvKam2.2

(And all the fields are identical for both of them)

I was wondering if there is a way to change the product id of one of them, for example appending some personal identifier so that they show like this in the device manager:

FullScale_EvKam2.2_A

FullScale_EvKam2.2_B

Error during Direct3D Init...

Sometimes when i try to search for the max core or max mem freq i have this error message:

"Error during Direct3D Init"...

I have DirectX 9.0C installed on my computer...
I have an Sapphire X1950XT, Windows XP Professional SP2 and only ATI driver 6.12, no ATI CCC...
I have setted the following in ATI Tool 0.26:
GPU Core = 695Mhz
Mems Core = 999Mhz
vGPU = 1.450v
MVDDC = 2.201v
last two options are default...

 

Direct3D Error

Upgraded to an SSD with a clean install of Windows 10. Ever since then the program Lemur daemon will not open. I’m getting the error “Unable to use Direct3D, please install DirectX (error0x8876086A backbuffer 1920x 1080:22 window0x00010010). I’ve completed
every known troubleshooting step on the program site, from Microsoft, and have the daemon working fine on a secondary computer that was just reimaged with the same Windows disk. I’m out of ideas. Short of a complete reformat or ditching my SSD is there any
workaround?

For reference I’ve completed DirectX troubleshooting, it is updated

Graphics-Intel HD 530 (most recent driver)

Laptop is HP Pavilion 15-ab292nr
