Hi,I've tried to find a way to contact microsoft support, either through chat boxes or via phone, but all the sites just take me in a loop with no numbers or ways to contact an agent in sight, so I thought I'd say here. Basically, I'm directed to microsoft support from EA help due to the game, Star Wars Battlefront II, not launching. After attempting numerous fixes for the application itself reinstalling, verifying integrity of the files, deleting settings folder, clean boot stopping processes selectively etc etc, we found out from a msinfo log that KernalBase.dll is making it unable to laun

ASHA 310 EA Games

I started downloading the 40 free EA games and got to game 11. Now when I click on the EA games gift link it says "No Content Available" and I still had a long time remaining.

Does anyone know what is wrong and how to get the games list back?
