WHY CANY I PLAY MOVIES RECORDED AND RENTED FROM DIRECTTV THROUGH WINDOWS 10 MEDIA PLAYER

Runtime Error!

Having the same problem and DirectTV could not resolve. I have been looking for a resolution and none listed in these forums. Anyone correct this issue? Running Windows 8.1 on 64bit OS. All version of apps correct and updated. I am thinking this
is a DirectTV flash player app issue. Who knows.

 

DirectTV HD DVR HR24 problem

Hi guys,
So I have a DirectTv Hd DVR HR24 model and it is being outputted to a Samsung S27A950D. The problem I am having is when I look closely at the picture, the pictures pixels or picture seems to be shaking. I changed the HDMI cable and it still happens. Also having the audio output the audio from the monitor seems to also be very low. I have to turn the volume on my Z-2300 70% to even here anything. IS the receiver faulty or the screen?

Please help.

 

Will my GenieGo for Direct TV be compatible if I upgrade to Windows 10?

You need to ask DirectTV that question. It's their responsibility to ensure compatibility.
