    Thank you for the reply.

    I appreciate your patience.

    It is possible that mediashare might not be compatible with Windows 10.

    I would suggest you to run program compatibility troubleshooter
    and check if it helps. Please follow these steps:

    a. Type troubleshooting in the search box on taskbar and click on it in results.

    b. Click "View all" and then click "Program Compatibility Troubleshooter".

    c. Click "Next" and follow on-screen instructions.

    Please be advised that this goes through DirecTVs DVR, Geni.

    I downloaded and install media share for DirecTV. This worked prior to DirecTV dropping videos and pictures and redownloaded a couple weeks ago. Mean you sure for DirecTV worked prior to that. Again thanks for your help.
