Windows 10: directx 12 is not compatible with your system when my graphics card supports it

I was trying to play marvel rivals but when I open it I get an error that says my system does not support the directx12 but is not so I have a samsung galaxy book pro 360 with: 11th Gen IntelR CoreTM i7-1165G7 @ 2.80GHz IntelR IrisR Xe Graphics GPU Driver version: 32.0.101.6319 Driver date: 03/12/2024 DirectX version: 12 FL 12.1 I don’t know how to fix it

Well that's not answer its just list of graphics cards that support Directx 12,or did you wanted to say there will be no improvements on graphics cards that doesn't support Directx 12?

Be up to company makes and provides the drivers for your graphics card. Plus i believe a game or software as heard has to even use DirectX12 for your system to even use it. If video card supports DirectX 11 you'll be fine.

The message on Photoshop confirms that your graphics card supports DirectX 11 and not DirectX12.

You can still use it, but some features will be limited. The only way to fix it is to change to a DirectX 12-compatible graphics card.
